UV-C Applications for elimination of Viruses in Lungs and Body

       There is a relationship between the smog levels in cities, which affect the lungs, and the percentage of people getting the Covid19 virus and dying. I read that ACE2 in the body. Maybe a treatment of injections of ACE2 blockers might help covid19 patients.

     In a study published in the Journal of Travel Medicine, the researchers note that the SARS beta coronaviruses, such as the new SARS-CoV-2, which causes COVID-19, bind to angiotensin converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) receptors in the lower respiratory tracts of infected patients to gain entry into the lungs.

Possible Solutions:
Fiber optics transmitting UV-C Light into Lungs
        If we can develop fiber optic hose that goes around a hose used to inibate people in their lungs that would illuminate the entire surface are of the lungs with UV-C light, which kills all viruses and bacteria, I think it would be great at killing the Covid19 virus.
     How can you design a fiber-optic array of thousands of lights that would spread-out to every area of the lungs? When a respiratory therapist puts tubes in the lungs to help people to breathe with ventilators and secondary UV-C generator would transmit the light into the lungs via a series of fiber optic cables into both lungs.
The duration and intensity has to be researched to determine the optimal foot-candle intensity and duration.
  
Nanobot Fireflies could be inhaled or aspirated into the lungs of a severe Covid-19 patient, spread out to every are of the lungs and emit specific levels of UV-C lights to sterilize the lungs of all viruses. This would be very beneficial for individuals with other respiratory infections. They would be programmed to leave the lungs by mouth as to not damage lung tissue.

      Run the infected blood of anyone with Covid-19 or similar diseases through machine that would expose the blood to specific levels of UV-C or Ultraviolet light, only killing bacteria and all viruses.
Utilize the same type of equipment when people donate blood plasma, the blood is filtered and returned by to the body. Infected blood would be pumped out, sterilized by UV-C light, and then pumped back into the body.
