Literacy - Dumbing Down America - Dealing with Crisis/Pandemics

    Masks galore for a new age of protection. But, how long will people tolerate masks. That is how many young people don't understand. How many people never took Biology, Chemistry in America.

        We need a Pentagon for Department of Defense of Education. Invest in $100 billion at least a year in federal funds, and not property taxes, but general funds to rebuild our educational system. It is peoples educational ignorance that has allowed our environment, planet, and people who have little or none education in medicine.
How do we get our youth back to school. Noone has a plan it appears in the article below in reference.
Low income children are hard hit due to insuffient funding. That is where spending, not to more redtape, but incorporate high-technology, higher pay for all teacher, more books, more homework, computer laptops for everychild in America. Intense programs to teach elemetary students, medicine, engineering, algebra, trig, calculus in primary school. More education on international cultures through having children learn to speed reach effectively to read hundreds of books during their time in school.
Writing in every class from K-12.
    Mandate all students graduate with a B.S. Degree, paid for by the federal government.
    Paid Medical and Engineering degrees for students witha 3.0 or higher GPA.
    We always need doctors, and most countries in the world pay for their doctors education.
    Re-examine the capitalism and profit behind high-end schools to make it affordable for anyone who has the aptitude to become a doctor, engineer. 
    We are in desparate need of Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Programming, Chemical, and Materials Engineer to start off.
    The most educated a country is the better their collective is to compete for the development of new products and technology for the betterment of mankind.

        The most educated countries deal with emergencies and pandemics better than those of low or uneducated countries. South Korea dealt with this pandemic best due to the fact that 70% of the population has a higher education. The most educated a country, the better that are able to deal with crisis's that require a scientific and medical understanding.

EVERY STUDENT in the United States should be doing online schooling with the use of hundreds of software programs for every subject. Microsoft Teams can provide a classroom environment for all students in the country just as it has done with high technology corporations.
The time is now for the United States to get its educational act together for all students.
We need national leadership in education for K-12 education for now.
When the pandemic is over children going back to school need the interpersonal skills that you get in school.
But, we should adopt Europes approach for classrooms, and have the teachers switch class room every period instead of students. Have the students stay in one classroom all day and have a series of 6 teachers come into the class in 1 hour increments.
